GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

"ON APPROVING THE PROCEDURE FOR PUBLICATION, RECORD-REGISTRATION, KEEPING AND ARCHIVING OF THE INTERNAL AND INDVIDUAL LEGAL ACTS OF AN EMLPOYER"

In accordance with part 5 of Article 5 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia hereby decides:

1. To approve the procedure for publication, record-registration, keeping and archiving of the internal and individual legal acts of an employer in accordance with the Annex.

2. This Decision shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.

PROCEDURE

FOR PUBLICATION, RECORD-REGISTRATION, KEEPING AND ARCHIVING OF THE INTERNAL AND INDVIDUAL LEGAL ACTS OF AN EMLPOYER

I. GENERAL PROVISION

1. This Procedure shall regulate relations pertaining to publication, record-registration, keeping and archiving of the internal and individual legal acts (hereinafter referred to as “acts”) of the employer.

II. PUBLICATION OF ACTS

2. The employer shall ensure the publication of acts in the workplace, in the interior at the entrance, in a visible place on the panels on the date of entry into legal force, and shall remain at least within a period of 5 working days.

The provision on publication of acts stipulated by this point shall not cover the micro-enterprises.

III. RECORD-REGISTRATION OF ACTS

3. Record-registration of legal acts shall be carried out as prescribed by Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No 1146-N of 11 July 2002 " On approving the procedure for raising public awareness on legal acts and the procedure for record-registration of legal acts ".

IV. KEEPING OF ACTS

4. Duties of maintaining and keeping acts adopted by the employer shall be carried out by the employer or by his or her representative, and those acts shall be permanently preserved in the metal safes at Central Office of the employer before archiving.

V. ARCHIVING OF ACTS

5. Archiving of acts shall be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On archive-keeping".
