Part 3 of Article 18 of this Law shall enter into force from 25 May 2008.

enter into force from 1 January 2006.
Point 5 of part 1 of Article 21 of this Law shall enter into force from 1 September
2007.
Part 4 of Article 21 of this Law shall enter into force from 1 September 2009.
